Yup, even me, who prides herself in reading EVERYTHING realises this is a losing battle. I read the initial document. And copied EVERY link, which I then, dutifully ATTEMPTED to open. One was/is a DOWNLOAD ONLY PDF (87pgs, about 10 in English), another had 33-additional, or secondary, links. One was a 404 - BROKEN link...
